packing for a couple days now and I can't believe how hard it is to pack for four months having those two suitcases weigh less than 50 pounds! Impossible ;) But the Relief Society in the Ward has been the best to me donating supplies for the school there in Zhongshan for me to teach with. David Brown is wonderful for letting me work for him this summer to earn money for this amazing experience. I also met my best friend Nikki Wilson there too! This summer has been a blast with my family and I'm going to miss them the mostest while I am gone. My little sisters are the world to me and I'm going to just die without hearing their laughter each day ha ha. Mom and Dad have been the best to me!!!!!!! I love you both so much, and it's you two I owe everything to, my heart is full of gratitude and love.
Well today, August 19th, the day before I leave my sister and I were driving to my Dad's dental office and got in a car accident :( We slammed into the back of a Blazer. We were both looking at a building and didn't see the vehicle stop in front of us. I saw Arianne just
fly forward and it was the most scariest thing in the world. After the crash I ask Arianne if she's ok and i'm just balling. She couldn't breath and a lady started tapping on my window asking are you ok, I'm going to call 911. After it all tho, Arianne and I were ok. Both have whiplash and bruises. But so so so grateful we were safe. The driver hit was perfectly fine and his vehicle didn't have a scratch. My car is totalled :( But what a crazy thing just before the day I leave! I'm grateful my Daddy came to the rescue and my Mom took care of us after. Heavenly Father was watching out for us. But tonight the family made me the best last American dinner of pineapple turkey burgers and us girls made homemade oreos :) So the night ended up amazing! And to you my Charlie, I love you, thank you! I leave on the plane tomorrow evening!! I'm off to China! I am so grateful to everybody who has gotten me to where I am at. I'm excited to meet up with my best friend Alison Howell tomorrow at the airport for our crazy adventure together in China!! Wish me luck and I'll keep you all posted! Xo

I'm so so so glad that you two are okay after the accident! How scary! You were very blessed! You will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers as you head to CHINA!!!! How exciting! I'm so sorry about the accident! I hope you are ok! I hope your trip goes well, I've been thinking about you all day. I think you're so wonderful. Love you and miss you tons. I bet it's nice to finally be on that plane and have all the prep work done.
